Dear nl,

I'm a full grown adult with family but I have a health condition, whenever someone ask me to explain how I'm feeling I start crying sometimes not intentional but I can't control the tears, if I'm passing through a challenge and someone ask me how far and I think of it, tears will start flowing , no matter how much I try to control it they won't just go back, and I'm fed up with it. it makes me look childish.


Please does anyone experience same with me and how did you control or stop it, is there any psychological explanation or what do I do to stop it.
