Jesus Christ told His followers that He is the ONLY teacher...none of them is to assume the place of teacher/rabbi/father over any of His own.

Jesus Christ never instructed any of His sheep to follow after any man... He made it clear that no man is good... He alone is the good shepherd to all those who belong to Him.
