I use Chrome Remote Desktop for monitoring live energy data on our office system from last few years. But from last few days, Chrome Remote desktop is working abnormally. It just stops working.

There is no issue with the internal connection. Can someone please guide?

Normally, chrome remote desktop gives error or does not work when you are using VPN. If you are using VPN, try connecting to Chrome Remote Desktop without vpn.

If the problem is not solved, then check if you have proper permission to access your office computer. You need to have permissions granted in order for chrome remote desktop to work properly and allow access to other connected system.

Thank you for your help. Actually I tried connecting to it without VPN and it worked. The main culprit was VPN. As you advised, I turned it off and tried connecting to my office system on Chrome Remote Desktop and this time it connected and started working properly.
