We are urgently recruiting for the role of Security Operation Officer.
Location: Lagos Island

The ideal candidates must be able to:
1. To coordinate and oversee operational issues at clients locations within assigned cluster/zone
2. Handle recruitment and deployment of guards to suit client needs
3. Attend to operations meetings
4. Respond to emergency issues (incidents) on client locations
5. Coordinate clients/ guards workforce and also interface with major clients
6. Be able to write incident / investigation report to client and FKG
7. Carryout risk assessment survey of a location and write report on it
8. Coordinate the activities, assignments & operations of Patrol supervisors
9. Ensure that all guards employment documents data (credentials, guarantors, referees, addresses etc) are verified/vetted before deployment to clients
10. Prepare patrol schedule and ensure that all locations are supervised and patrolled on daily bases.

Requirements:
1. Qualification: University degree in any discipline, professional membership of Nigeria Institute of Industrial Security (NIIS) is an added advantage
2. Experience: Minimum of 4 years security operations experience preferably in an industrial security company
3. Attributes: Very organized & pay attention to details, He must be proficient in the use of computer, strong analytical & problem solving skills
