All financing is done through a Chinese investment group called Elite International Investments who will own 70% equity. Cletus Ibeto and other Igbo executives under Orient Petroleum will have a 25%, and the government of Anambra will have a 5% stake in the project. This airport will facilitate import and exports from the South East without reliance on the port in Lagos.

Stop misleading the media, the PPP agreements didn't work again, so Anambra international airport is solely financed by Anambra state government
