In every police station and civil defense quarters, when a farmer reported the case of Fulani attack the officer never go for arrest.
Instead they ask the helpless farmers to go and arrest the culprit and brought him to station.
why?

because they are Fulani, first-class citizen, license to be above the law, and superior down any other citizen
