Can someone please give me an idea of the average cost to clear a plot of land ? (120ft by 60ft).

I would appreciate some feedback, so I know how to negotiate .
The area is around Ifo, thanks .

I didn't take a picture of it, I live a little far away, I would have quickly taken the picture. Its not that bushy.

I got a picture online that has similar height and thickness of the bushes .

Maybe in real estate/construction site, 10k may be justified but for farm sites, 10k is outrageous.
I cleared my 2acres for 15k.

If it's a farmland where u still need to pay for bush parking, heaping, planting, seeds/seedlings, treatments(herbicide/weeding, fertilizer, insecticides), negotiate below 5k.
