Job Title: Relationship Manager

Job Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

Champion the growth of the organization’s funding portfolio
Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
Market and Sell our services to clients and potential patrons through a consultative approach and detailed understanding of customers’ business(es) and internal offerings to value.
Improve experience and service delivery to the Organization’s clients, members, and patrons.
Aim to preserve members and renew membership contracts.
Focus more on individual and HNI clients as potential patrons.
Understand client businesses to ensure needs are met via BB products and Services.
Provide feedback to senior management, marketing, and product management on member’s needs and the efficiency of marketing strategies and tactics.
Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate member’s needs.
Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.
Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services

Requirements

Proven experience in a similar marketing role
Proficiency in English
Excellent knowledge of MS Office
Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
 Problem-solving attitude
Excellent communication skills
Aptitude for fostering positive relationships
Teamwork and leadership skills
Customer-oriented mindset
Minimum of HND/BSc from a reputable tertiary institution
