Racoon:
Oil was discovered & yet you are exploring? Thought the government says it want to divert to non -oil economy or alter energy source? So what has happened to that vision? So this is how they are still desperate with exploring for oil? Most likely another corruption loading.

Guess they have forgotten what happened to the UniMaid exploration team that went on the same adventure some years back?
Yes, the exploration is ongoing with my friend part of the exploration team. The exploration isn't just in a fix place but across Borno, Bauchi and Gombe and oil is discovered in commercial quantity. Recently, they prevent reporting the progress of the work to avoid distraction due to security and unnecessary pressure from enemies of oil exploration in the north calling it a waste of resources. Abundant gas deposit is being found in Borno and Alkaleri LG in Bauchi, they proceeded to Plateau state and found another oil potential in market quantity.
OIL EXPLORATION IN THE NORTH IS NETHER WASTE OF RESOURCES NOR CORRUPTION BUT AN EFFORT TO ATTAIN REGIONAL BALANCE IN THE NATION.

How is attaining "regional balance in d nation" neither a waste of resources nor corruption?

How many times will they explore oil in that basin. Oil must be striked by force to satisfy the man behind the mask.
