You are relying on a command that has made no arrests after many days. You are going back to your own detriment.

Fulani should live their lives normally?
The normal Fulani living is the problem here. The normal Fulani living is all about antagonising anyone who is not of their community. The advice would have been to go back and learn how to coexist with others and live in peace.

This government will just allow fulani to run down the southwest easily, and it is very clear that armed fulanis are in the forest.

Fulani herdmen are not all criminals but there are criminals among them.

Fulani residents at Eggua in the Yewa-North Local Government Area of Ogun State have returned to their bases after a mob burnt houses and Kara market in the community. The mob last week took advantage of the visit of Sunday Igboho to the area over killings of farmers by Fulani herdsmen. The mob set ablaze houses belonging to the Eggua Seriki of Fulani and others, as well as the Kara market. One person reportedly lost his life after the violence.

But it was gathered on Monday that the fleeing Fulani herdsmen who are residents of the area were back to their bases. It was gathered the Fulani herdsmen went back to their houses and Kara market after they got assurance from the police in the state of protection of lives and property.

The state Police PRO, DSP Abimbola Oyeyemi, who spoke with our correspondent on phone said, “They didn’t run away, they only escaped.
After our meeting with them we have asked them to go and live their lives normally. They escaped from the mob, but, after security agencies have given them the assurance nothing will happen to them, they all agreed to go back. We are working hand-in-hand with the host community to fish out the criminals among them.”

On how far police have gone in unravelling the killers of Dele Olowoniyi, the farmer in Imeko-Afon area of the state, the PPRO said the command had yet to make any arrest. Olowoniyi was found dead on Sunday in his farm. It was alleged that some Fulani herdsmen, who invaded the village, were responsible. But Oyeyemi said, “We are still investigating. By the time we have a breakthrough in our investigation, we will let the public know.”

Northern states governors should emulate the policy of governor Ganduje who built ranches for the herdsmen in Kano state.

Governor Ganduje is the only northern governor who have recommended a sustainable peace approach to the crisis as he called on the federal government to ban the movement of cattle from the north to the south for open grazing and that the herdsmen should be settled in the northern states where they came from.

Crisis will always erupt between herdsmen and farmers so the way forward is to relocate this herdsmen to the north where they can live with their own people.

They are currently tresspassing lands of the indigenous people all in the name that they are constitutionally allowed to live anywhere.

Does living anywhere allow for tresspassing or laying claim to what does not belong to you?

Buhari, El Rufai and Miyetti Allah forcing this herdsmen on states in the south is unacceptable.

It will destabalise the southern states as there will always be clashes between herdsmen and farmers.

I commend governor Akeredolu of Ondo state and governor Makinde of Oyo state for their continued restraint in the wake of massive threats to the lives of their people in the south west, some of whom have been killed, maim by fulani marauders that have taking over their forest.

. Bleep you with that your statement. I'm a Yoruba man and I can tell you that Igbo are far better than Fulanis in hundreds places. Igbo contributed a lot in south west more than you can imagine. I love igbo people and I will continue to love them till eternity. 98% of Fulanis are animal.

One thing y'all don't realise is that you can never win with the Fulani. Unfortunately, they own Nigeria. They never forget and they never forgive. They are more numerous than any of the three major ethnic groups. They are spread across west and cental Africa and they are "borderless". YOUR PRESIDENT IS NOT EVEN NIGERIAN. When he said he belongs to everybody and to nobody, he knows what he was saying; the Fulanis belong everywhere and nowhere.

Fulanis are killing, raping and chasing our people from their ancestral lands but your problem are Igbos who jejely doing their businesses without any issue. It's only lazy Yorubas who hate competition that dislike Igbos. No be only 20million,na all Igbos dey Yoruba land. None is in the east or nothern part of Nigeria anymore.

Idiot, go and read about Nimbo Massacred that happened in South East where Fulani herdsmen ransacked 7 villages in Enugu. Your governor only wept and prayed

I bet you are a 7 year old Nyamirin with Android phone to have type such nonsense on the internet. If you are looking for cowards go to your village in the East.
