NDDC ADOPTS "INSPIRED" NIGER DELTA SCHOOLS CONFERENCE by

The Special Adviser to the Sole administrator Niger Delta Development Commission, Engr. Udengs Eradiri received a high powered delegation from The InspireNigeriaChild project Team on a courtesy visit lead by the President of InspireNigeriaChild project Amb. Franklin Richard.

Engr. Udengs Eradiri speaking in his welcome address sighted the need for the commission to adopt the INSPIRED NIGER DELTA SCHOOLS CONFERENCE. According to the him, it will serve as a platform to enable the Federal Government tackle issues of all forms of social vices from the root. He further applauded the project coordinator Amb. Franklin Richard for bringing such a noble initiative to the table, adding that the commission is leaving no stone unturned in the quest to discover talents, train and empower the youths in selected areas.

Amb. Franklin in his speech appreciated the Special Adviser on Youth Matters to the sole Administrator NDDC for outlining the "INSPIRED" Niger Delta Schools Conference as one of the key project the commission would attend to considering the importance attached to it.

He noted that "it is better to build up a child than to repair an adult", pointing out that the benefits of the project to the government and every concerned body can not be over emphasized.

The Chief of staff to the S.A on Youth Matters Comrade Igali Robert also thanked the visiting team for identifying with the commission, noting that it is only but a collective effort that can bring about the needed change.

Amongst the delegation are; Queen Deborah Evogor - Miss Africa United Nations Nigeria, Queen Precious Ignatius - Miss Tourism Africa United Nations Nigeria, Miss Gracewealth Ayah - Executive Assistant to the President InspireNigeriaChild and Mr. Usiaka Pedro Godspower - Head of Protocol - InspireNigeriaChild.
