Miss Nollywood Beauty Pageant First Phase Auditions, Calls for More Contestants




Miss Nollywood Beauty pageant has held its first phase of auditions with the organizers calling for more girls to pick the form to become the next Miss Nollywood International 2021.

With the girls full of great expectations to wear the crown using as a medium to touch lives in society through partnership with government, well-meaning individuals and organizations the contest is open to more contestants.

The first phase of the auditions was held in Yenagoa, capital of Bayelsa State at the Nostalgea Cinema while the next phase will hold in Abuja, Lagos, Enugu, Uyo, Calabar, Edo and Port Harcourt soon.

The judges at the audition encouraged the prospective crown bearer to carry out more research on the philosophy and mission of the pageant before the final contest in April.

They said that there is need for them to build their capacities in various areas of life in order to answers questions threw at them when they become the queen and ambassador of the brand.

One of the judges Ebi Stanley Udisi (PhD ), a lecturer in the Niger Delta University encourage the organizers to put more effort especially introducing the winners to the Nigerian Movie industry.

He expressed happiness with what the organizers are doing for the outgoing Queen Sonia Sunday and other past winners expressing his pleasure of watching good movies acted by the Queens on African Magic.

The Chief Executive Officer Nostalgea cinema Mr Muna also showed his commitment to support the Miss Nollywood organization and Girl child Education.

Mr. Muna noted that both past and present winners of Miss Nollywood are doing very well, there is no bad information about them, but frowned at the winners who failed to understand that beauty pageant is a charitable organization.

He insisted that any money the organizers bring out is for pet project insisting that Queens should know that so they can work in unity with the organizers.

The CEO of Nostalgea Cinema praised the outgoing winner, Sonia Sunday saying she is doing well in her area of speciality as the organization is spending money in promoting her in the Movie industry.

Also speaking, the king of Nollywood, Mr. Elaweremi Pereke Elaweremi also thanked the Miss Nollywood International organization for always keeping to their words and urged winners to always work inline with the vision of the organizers.

He explained that no winner can be in disunity with their bosses or any form of betray to succeed as he employed them to be loyal, patience and respectful to their bosses and the organization to be successful.

On his part the CEO, Miss Nollywood Beauty Pageant, Barakumo Solomon Odede expressed excitement at the success of the first phase as he called for more girls to contest.

He said the doors of Miss Nollywood Beauty 2021 is still open for more girls to pick their application forms and join the second phase of the audition.

Odede thanked the erudite judges who honoured his invitation and for identifying themselves with the Miss Nollywood brand focused on discovery raw talents.
