Purpose:

Customer Success Representative is a key member of Quantm4 Team. They'll be responsible for calling to confirm orders, relating with the customer and most importantly helping and guiding customers to ensure what they buy solve their problems.

Responsibilities:
✅ Calling Customers to confirm orders, upsell them better options and close them over the phone call.
✅ Keep Track of Orders, ensuring in the best possible way that orders get delivered to the customers successfully in a timely manner.
✅ Work alongside with our Logistic Partners in ensuring delivery time is fast.
✅ Using Copy (marketing) Centric approaches to interact and close customers on all available Channels, over phone call and on social media platforms.
✅ Help customers solve basic issues through open-loop feedback & communication.
✅ Monitor, analyse and identify areas of improvement to accelerate the growth of your department.


Skills & Knowledge Needed:
✅ A Calming Personality that wants to help customers Plus Over Phone Call Confidence that makes customers like you and want to buy more from you.
✅ Proven track record in marketing for online website or retailer and dealing with customers successfully.
✅ Proven analytical skills including revenue analysis, digital campaign performance marketing analytics
✅ Team player who is a self-starter and well organized who can work with little to no supervision
✅ Ability to work collaboratively with business leads, external agencies, and internal teams to successfully meet deadlines in a fast-paced, rapidly-changing environment
✅ Effective sales and negotiation skills.
✅ Driven and results-oriented.

Experience:
✅ SSCE/OND/HND/BSC ... Even if you have no degree. All we care about is someone who can get the job done excellently.
✅ 1+ year of related experience with marketing.
✅ Knowledge of Copywriting is a Plus.
