President Muhammadu Buhari's personal assistant on media, Mr. Bashir Ahmed, scoffed at chief Femi Fani Kayode over an alleged rumor that he would join the ruling All Progressive Congress (APC).

Governor Yahaya Bello had Yesterday, February 10, 20221, announced the defection of ex-Aviation minister Chief Femi Fani Kayode defection from the PDP to the APC. Governor Bello Said, Chief Femi Fani Kayode has joined the APC in good faith, and he will bring his positive energy to the party.

Meanwhile, The Media Adviser to President Muhammadu Buhari responded to the statement made by Governor Bello via messages he distributed on Twitter, saying he heard the former minister wants to join the party he has always regarded as the political arm of the deadly Boko Haram group.
