Dr Chidozie Nwankwo Revalidates APC Membership, seeks more united front

The Frontline APC gubernatorial aspirant and the renowned Industrialist, Dr. Chidozie Nwankwo has revalidated his membership of the APC in line with the dictates of APC guidelines as issued by the Caretaker and Extra-ordinary Convention Planning Committee (CECPC).

Speaking during the revalidation exercise which held at his country home in Oko Ward 1, Dr. Chidozie Nwankwo who revalidated his membership alongside his wife and other adult members of his family, reiterated his believe in the APC and what it stands for. He stated that he was impressed by the numerous infrastructural programmes been undertaken by the party across the federation and most especially the South East. He was full of praise for President Muhammad Buhari whose guidance and support as the leader of the party has blossomed the party and has made it more formidable.

In his words

"The APC, inspired by the passion and love of President Muhammad Buhari for Nigerians has turned Nigeria into a huge construction field- everywhere you go there is a bit of construction going on- from Railways to Airports, to Roads, to Housing and other infrastructures. The Social Intervention Programmes of the APC government has also ensured that the poor are being protected and MSMEs supported. President Buhari is igniting a silent infrastructural and sociocultural revolution in Nigeria "

He also called Ndi Anambra from all walks of life to join the APC with this new membership window and to stop playing isolationist politics. He stated that he strongly believed that the APC would win the Anambra 2021 gubernatorial election and deliver a massive infrastructural and sociocultural renewal across the state.

He however called on all stakeholders of the party to have a common synergy to ensure that internal wrangling do not diminish our chances.

"All stakeholders must commit to an orderly, just and sincere method in pursuit of their ambition. The goal is to install an APC Governor and not to destroy ourselves internally. The party is superior. It is the ideology of the party that we want to implant at Agu Awka through one individual member of the party. Stakeholders must unite for this common vision and ensure that themselves or their loyalists abide by the rules and ensure decorum and mutual respect at all times " he stated.

With him during the revalidation of membership was his ward chairman and Hon. Okonkwo Okom, a former member of the House of Assembly and the Leader of the Party in Oko town.
