Why does this institution like frustrating and seeing their student fail since last 10years civil engineering department no body have came out with first class. Only 2.2 and few 2.1 I mean few, third class graduate in futo will get 1st class in imsu or 2.1

It's said "Use of extracted tables and chart from BS 811O or (Text book) is allowed".

Note the word " Extracted " that means it will be extracted from BS 811O or a Text book. They are not carrying thier text book to class. Is just like true table in mathematics, I can photocopy it and use it if am allowed too. it save one stress and time especially for those who knows what they are doing.
