I know this is absolutely out of context, but I had no choice. I just need some advice/help.

For the past 3 days now, if I should switch on my data, I get to see "No internet", but I can browse, Facebook and WhatsApp, but the problem is, the network strength is weak, which restricts me from doing heavy internet activities such as uploading and viewing of large video files on social media, which also includes viewing videos on Facebook, Instagram and YouTube. Sometimes even to open my banking mobile app is a problem. I'm the only one facing this problem.

I have tried inserting another sim (MTN, and Airtel) in my phone, still the same issue persists ("No internet". I didn't activate data limit.

From the experiments, it's now obvious it's from my phone, this phone isn't upto a year. It was bought newly, the make is umidigi A7 pro.


Have you faced this issue before? How did you fix it?

Change your APN settings to the first one on the list
