It's a popular opinion that it's a taboo to wear native attires with laced up shoe. I have this new lace shoe that i would like to put on with my senator native wear. I don't know if it would still be ok since I've never tried it. Your opinion is highly welcomed. Thanks!

You shouldn't wear Oxfords, Derbys, Monkstraps with native attire. Loafers would do. As it is, lace up shoes are Formal/semi-formal so they don't really blend into the casual environment. But Loafers would do the trick. They swing both ways. Not all the time though but they are more flexible when it comes to matching them with clothes.
