Our client, an indigenous firm that is into the local assembling and manufacturing of smart prepaid electricity meters is looking to recruit for the following positions:

Job Title: Production Manager
Location: Lagos
Duties & Responsibilities
• Supervising the entire Production process for efficiency and optimal performance.
• Provide support in the designing and optimizing of production processes.
• Perform periodical evaluation of the production process and provide periodic feedback /reports to Management.
• Periodically, assess and measure the performance of electrical and mechanical components, devices and engines and make recommendations as appropriate.
• Ensure general supervision of production staff and production activities towards increase in productivity and efficiency
Requirements
• B.Sc./HND in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
Experience:
• Minimum of five (5) years work experience supervising operations in a Production line / Manufacturing environment.

Payment Structure:
• Highly competitive with performance incentives



Job Title: Metering Technician
Location: Lagos, Ibadan, Benin, Abuja, Abeokuta
Duties & Responsibilities
• Site Surveys: Survey customers’ load/consumption requirement.
• Installations: Install prepaid meters in customers’ premises along with connection of peripheral components such as breakers, connection terminals, trunking pipes, seals, etc.
Requirements
• Experience in the installation of prepaid meters and other general electrical installations.

Payment Structure:
• Piece rate payment/fixed payment per meter installed.
• Bonus payment on target basis.
