Coming from a stock Android device (1.8ghz ; 3/16}) to Huawei p8 running on kirin 930, the speed has been very pleasing. Until I had a n issue with the p8 and went for mate 7. Though the speed is fair but I just want to overclock to know how it feels like. Gurus in the house, old help?

don't do it. it will end in premium tears. there's a reason why the manufacturer left it that way. to save ur battery and prevent your phone from burning itself out. overclock it and you'll start using your phone to fry plantains

Is it possible to over clock a processor yourself? If your phone is has it's "big" core at 1.8 GHz, Overclocking it will definitely cause overheating because the processor is being pushed to the limits which will lead to a short life span of the processor.
