@NatureNews The World Trade Organisation (WTO) has announced the confirmation of Nigeria’s former Minister of Finance, Dr Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala as Director General of the organisation. This was made known in a tweet on Monday by the headquarters of the WTO. According to WTO tweet, “WTO members made history today (15 February) when the General Council agreed by consensus to select Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala of Nigeria as the organization’s seventh Director-General.
