A major part of the Lagos expansion and modernization project should focus on the phasing out and possibly relocation of the near endless sea of touts, thugs homeless street urchins, disabled street beggars and most importantly preponderance of cultist in the streets, suburb and schools across Lagos.

Ofcourse not forgetting the outright disbandment of NURTW and her operations...the responsibility should be handed over to the local government administration with oversight from the state government to forestall the return of criminal elements and drug addicts back to the fold.

Open defecation, street hawking, illegal markets aggressive enforcement of traffic regulations with emphasis on vehicular road worthiness/ traffic rules and ofcourse street trading are other menace that requires immediate actions as Lagos forges ahead.
