A goodbye message from the desert! See the Last Letter Written By Sudani Family A Sudani family was crossing the desert towards Libya before their car broke down. Since literally nobody was around to help they slowly starved.. and died. They were found today morning by border patrol 250km away from the small city of Alkufra in southeastern Libya. What is so heartbreaking to me is the message one of them left. Written in Arabic it literally says : “ To whom finds this message : This is my brother’s number Muhammad Salah Aldin… Goodbye and I’m sorry I couldn’t bring my mom to you! My dad and Nasir love you. I thought only Toyota Hilux travel well in the desert.
Though, any vehicle could break down at any time.
