Description:
An experienced Chef and Kitchen manager is needed to prepare Sea foods, fry chickens, turkey and chips, and some other mesmerizing cuisine for our daily operations.

You will be responsible for overseeing food preparations, ordering supplies, and monitoring inventory levels.

The ideal candidate must:

Have proven work experience in any of the following roles - Kitchen Manager or Head Chef.

Be willing to prepare try out newly discovered cuisine.

Being an excellent communicator and have good organizational skills.
Possess in-depth knowledge of kitchen health and safety regulations.

Ability to work efficiently in a stressful and fast-paced environment.

Have excellent problem-solving and conflict management abilities.

Responsibilities:
Order materials, supplies, and ingredients based on demand.

Oversee the food preparation and cooking process.

Store all food products in compliance with health and safety regulations.

Ensure the kitchen is clean and organized.

Attention to kitchen orders, both offline and online orders.

Location: Ogbomosho

Other Requirements:
Flexibility to work during evenings and weekends.
