The one in Texas may not be called hamathan, but together with the one in Nigeria,it is part of the global wind that is blowing. In 2003 or 2004 hereabout i witnessed harmattan in April in Benin city. In 2003 i witnessed harmattan in October. So is not strange to me. In fact it is strange to me not seeing hatmattan in March/ April. |
