Attack them where? Don' you understand that book haram does not have conventional bases as the military does? They hide in the forest and use guerilla tactics meaning you can't just get up and say you want to go and visit them.

Borno is such a vast land and the military effort has to be coordinated from diff points with varying results. So the resistance encountered in Dikwaa may be stronger than that of Sambisa
