No matter the amount of money you have do not claim "Prince" if a king's penis did not produce you. Cousins to princes can be Princes but not every one who is related to royal family should claim he is prince because in every community in this country the families are related to royal families and later you find a prince claiming man bowing to another king for a traditional title. These are issues that must be addressed by the proposed customary police. Have all the billions if a king's dick didn't birth your are not a prince or princess but a regular person and if you claim prince you're guilty of impersonation
