As of recently i have become aware of lake chads shrinking and the associated projects to resuscitate the lake before an ecological catastrophe unfolds

what do you guys think? which solution is best, IMO i think the solar option is better as it is quicker and cheaper, although the transaqua project would allow us to create a navigable canal to central africa, boosting easy trade.
