It is very unfair what the Christian soldiers do to these bandits and Boko Haram insurgents.
They do not even give them a chance to renounce their evils, they just kill them.

Sheikh Gumi has a right to feel the way he does because we all know that once captured, these bandits, killer herdsmen and boko haram only need to be deradicalised, granted amnesty and they could be even drafted into the same army to use their expertise on guerilla warfare in helping the country wipe off budding terrorists like ESN and IPOB that have sprung up in the South.

Why should a Christian soldier aim to kill a BokoHaram insurgent or bandit when Sheikh Gumi has enlightened us to now know that these people have very practical demands and most of them were pushed into banditry and crime because of neglect from the government.

These christian soldiers do not practice what Christ taught them. First they kill bandits without letting them repent even when the bible commands not to kill and even says that there is grief in heaven when a sinner dies.

Not once has the North threatened that they want to separate.
