The National IT Whizkids Competition is to stimulate the interest and passion of young minds in Information Technology. The competition is organized by Nigeria Computer Society and other partners for Secondary school students. Entrants are expected to participate in an online quiz competition based on IT related subject matter.

Eligibility:

The award is open to secondary school (Private and Public) students in Nigeria.

Entry application will be filled online via Nigeria Computer Society website www. ncs.org.ng

Quiz Coverage:

Computer Studies Curriculum as approved by the Government and emerging trend in technology.

Rules:

Entry applicants must fill online form via www.ncs.org.ng on or before March 31, 2021
Entry applicants are expected to have electronic copy of their passport photo ready before filling the form
To enter, students must be enrolled in any secondary school across the Nation.
Quiz at State level will be held from May 4 – 6, 2021.
Quiz at Regional level will be held online from June 1 – 3, 2021.
Quiz at National level will be held online from July 6 – 8, 2021 and the winners will be announced during the Annual Conference.
Any costs or expenses incur by entrants for participating in the competition is at the applicant’s account. The organizers will only provide the prize for awardees.
The decision of the panel of judges is final and is not subject to any form of appeal with regard to selection of finalists.
