DaBible Foundation is a registered 501(C)(3) organization that was put together by a few young individuals. The organization has released more than 3 mobile apps in less than 5 years, and they are now working towards developing a solar audio bible for elderly men and women who cannot read the bible for themselves.

There is no denying the fact that the heartbeat of this generation is technology. Irrespective of the economic situation of any country in this century, the younger generations may lay their hands on technology to wield a power that cannot be stopped by any government or institution. Classical examples are blockchain disrupting the monetary institution, and social media platforms disrupting nations and government institutions. This trend can not be done away with. The same thing is already happening in the propagation of the gospel, for example, coronavirus has forced almost every church to embrace live streaming of their services.

Several years ago, the team members of the DaBible Foundation have seen this coming. There was no single resource for Yoruba, Hausa, or a Pidgin Audio BIble. They transcribed the bible into these languages, and manually translated the bible into Pidgin language because there was no paper bible for Pidgin!

Right now, they are on another new adventure, they are about to create a SOLAR AUDIO BIBLE for elderly people who are living in remote villages in Nigeria. You can read more about these projects from their website.

The organization is an open-source organization and their collaboration is handled via WhatsApp and GitHub. If you will like to join them, they are currently in need of UI/UX Developer (Figma, Adobe XD), and mobile app developers.
