What other activities of Boko Haram the bandits are being except from? The ransom been collected are use for what exactly? I believe herdsmen, cattle rustlers and bandits are same synergizing to achieve a common goal. Boko Haram's source of finance was blocked hence sourcing funds for Ammunition procurement through kidnappings using fulani as front.
