Golf legend Tiger Woods is in hospital after being involved in a car crash. Reports suggest the American was injured in a major incident where he had to be “extricated from the wreck”. The incident took place near Los Angeles.

The crash took place in the early hours of Tuesday morning (Feb 23) where paramedics and emergency services were called to the scene

It is claimed that only Woods’ vehicle was involved in what is being called a “roll-over accident.” The 15-time golf major winner was then taken to a local hospital by ambulance for treatment for his injuries.

Tiger Woods’ career has seen him labelled as one of the best of all time.
