UK was 100% developed when they colonised. Nigeria.
They came here and developed some GRAs and then left us with independence.
Our leaders in various GRAs didn't know they were supposed to develop everywhere, all the towns and villages..
So the GRA people were doing guy for the village people.
Today, many have gone to school and are a bit educated. Everybody now wants development for their neglected towns and villages.
All city facilities are overwhelmed.
