Yes, pawpaw is healthy for a 50 years old woman to consume especially the ripe ones, and here is why?

A woman at 50 has reached a half-century of her life journey and perhaps has started experiencing many changes in her body.

A decline or stop in menstrual flow (Menopause) is one of those changes. With menopause, hormonal changes set in, and weight gain is established.

Fragile bones, unstable blood sugar level, Chest or heartache, and weak immune system among many are part of the changes that may come with age 50 and above adults and thus there is a need to eat healthy vitamins that will protect the body from the worse phase of these changes.

Healthy vitamins are gained from the foods we eat, be it vegetables or fruits and thankfully pawpaw is one fruit that has rich vitamin content.

There few ways to incorporate pawpaw into the diet of seniors or aged parents.

1. Make them smoothie with pawpaw
2. Make them pawpaw tea with pawpaw leaves
3. Chop pawpaw into shapes and give them to eat raw
