Vacancy for business development manager at Gidi Solutions


Due to a huge increase in our scope of work, we require the services of a Business Development Manager to manage our increasing team of robust Business Development Executives.

To excel in this role you should be a passionate orator, have charismatic leadership abilities as this will come in handy in managing a huge team, as well as having a compelling sales personality.

This is a full-time position and successful candidate will be working from our office in Ikeja.

Job's Responsibilities

1. Managing a team of business development executive and ensuring productivity of the team.

2. Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.

3. Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.

4. Managing the company's social media platforms

5. Hiring team members in the business development department

6. Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.

7. Developing quotes and proposals for clients.

8. Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.


Job requirements

1. Experience managing a team.

2. Must be comfortable in drafting official documents in microsoft word or excel.

3. Experience in sales, marketing or related field.

4. Strong communication skills and IT fluency.

5. Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.

6. Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.

Salary: 150k
