There's an urgent opening for the role of MALE ASSISTANT LEGAL OFFICER in a Construction Company.

Job Location: Maryland, Lagos

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Draft wide variety of legal agreements
Legal research
Legal documentation
Legal advice
Review legal legislation
Provides documents needed by external solicitors
Maintain register and other documentary records required by the Company
Provide all other administrative and other secretarial duties as directed by Legal Officer

Qualifications
A graduate degree in Law from any reputable University
Minimum of 3 years post call
Good knowledge of litigation
Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications
Excellent written and verbal skills
Strong knowledge of Corporate and Property Law
Enthusiasm in delivery of assigned duties .
