A recently caught local yahoo boy who was arrested by the police has explained shockingly how he transfers money from people's bank account using just his victim's SIM CARD. while Speaking in Yoruba, (Subtitled In English) the suspect while being interrogated, said he uses the bank codes to detect if there is money and then clears the account.
