Hello ALl, Please I need your advise on SQL & PL/SQL. I have zero knowledge in coding and programming, I am an accountant that has interest in programming, my focus is to be able to develop a small application for churches, small companies, schools, etc. Is SQL & PL/SQL a good start to achieving my vision? which training school will be able to help me from scratch, I do not mind individuals that is based in Lagos, Island especially.
