LAPO Disburses N12billion to 152,000 Farmers, Intervened in Maternal Health of Over One Million Nigerians in 2020

The Lift Above Poverty Organisation, LAPO said it had made a disbursement of N12.2billion to 152,446 rural farmers in its 253 branches across 21 states during the financial year 2020. LAPO said this was geared towards improving the nation’s food security. This figure represents 12% growth over the sum of 10.9 billion disbursed during the year 2019.
