Are you an independent, assertive and result oriented FACILITY OFFICER, seeking to work in a dynamic team in a chatting a winning path in facility management sub sector of the Nigerian real estate industry? In line with our growth strategy and a wider scope of practice, we require the services of a FACILITY OFFICER, with a strong work ethic and great communications skill- verbal and written- to join our firm. ROLE REQUIREMENTS • First degree in Estate Management • Minimum of 5 years of work experience in a structured and reputable facility management or estate surveyors and valuers firm • Registered with relevant professional bodies • Client service oriented • Well-organized and time conscious • Excellent computer skills including advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite • Keen eyes for details, strong analytical, critical thinking and communication skills • Experience in working in a team • Open to travels, late hours and out- of-station field work • Excellent report writing skills MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES • Directs and plan essential central services such as reception, security, maintenance, mail, archiving, cleaning, catering and waste disposal • Liaise with tenants to achieve excellence in partnership • Maintain the vendor registration process to ensure it meets the firms standards • Strategically plan and manage logistics, building and all other customer services • Collaborate with Admin Manager to identify, evaluate and negotiate with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers and consumers, to meet business requirements • Develop and maintain facilities operational polices by ensuring they are properly implemented • Prompt processing of all regulatory requirements including payments to State Local Government Levies • Ensure the building meets health and safety requirements • Plan the best allocation and utilization of space/resources for new buildings, or re-organizing current premises • Co-ordinates and working with other facilities teams to cover various areas of responsibility • Develop and implement policies and procedures to eliminate wastages and reduce cost JOB LOCATION: Various locations across the country REMUNERATION: Competitive CLOSING DATE: March 15, 2021 Mailing Address –CV and Application Letter: estatemix@gmail.com Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted |
