Obviously not. U guys mostly use CAD applications like AutoCAD, sketchup, tinkerCAD, fusion 360. But 3d animation requires softwares like blender,Maya, Max or cinema 4d.

I'm actually a jack of all trade so I'm not really that good any part (which includes animation) or I would have contacted him.
