Hello, My client is real estate developer. He is seeking for land in any central location in Lagos like: Yaba Bariga Surulere Ikeja/ Maryland Shomolu Gbagada Ilupeju Oshodi Ogudu/ Ojota etc. Land should be at least Half a plot minimum. The developer intends to build a Block of flats on Build Operate and Transfer arrangement. Sharing formular:The land owner or family will take some flats while the developer manages the rest and after the stated period the flats will be given back to the owners/ family.
