Governor Willie Obiano has said during a security summit held in the capital of Anambra State, Awka that any herdsman with an AK-47 is an armed robber and should be treated the same as any other criminal.
Gov Willie Obiano made this declaration during the security summit, which had the Inspector-General of Police (IGP), Mohammad Adamu present, but not in-person rather he was represented by the Deputy Inspector General of Police (DIG) in charge of Finance and Administration, Joseph Egbunike.
