Our client, a reputable e-commerce clothing store in Lagos is urgently recruiting suitably qualified candidates for the position below:

Job Title: Assistant Online Store Manager


Location: Badore/Ajah, Lagos


Responsibilities

Posting/displaying of the goods
Making sure that all links are working, updating the database, and of course, customer service.
To make sure that the online store continuously runs smoothly, the online store manager must always respond to emails promptly.
Answer phone messages from both clients and suppliers in 24 hours or less.
Keep in touch with logistics companies as well as the suppliers and manufacturers of the products they provide.
Keep a database of the inventory to know what products need to be replenished or changed from time to time.
Ensure buyers receive their packages promptly.


Requirements

Must be organized and have good computer and SEO skills.
Hard-working and available for customer service especially during store hours.
Result-oriented with a good eye for details.
Good command of the English Language.
Excellent communication skills.
Negotiation & Sales skills
Ability to work under pressure.
Problem-solving with the ability to multitask.

NOTE: Proximity to Badore/Ajah, Lagos is a must.
