The reason is not far-fetched. Technology enabled Agriculture made Netherland (limited land), to become one of the largest exporters of food in the world.

Greenhouse farming
Hydroponics
Vertical farming
Precision Agriculture
IOT (Internet of things)
etc.

So what's stopping Nigeria?
