TRAINING/COURSE OUTLINE

BAKING: Moist red velvet cake, moist chocolate cake, best coconut cake, rich fruit cake, fluffy moist vanilla cake, sponge cake, real banana cake, yoghurt cake.

CAKE DECORATION: 1)Fondant techniques (including 3 ways to achieve sharp edge, panelling, marbeling etc)
2) Beginner and advanced buttercream.
3) whipping cream (demo)
4)Royal icing and it basic applications.
5) making cake drips from scratch
6)making of cake toppers.
7)introduction to making of flower.
PASTRIES: Samosa, springroll, moss, fish in batter, cookies, fluffy milky donut, rich meatpie, soft bread rolls, bread loaves.

Bonus class: Gelatin bubbles, peanut, rice paper sail, sugar sheet.
Learn how to convert cake crumbs to cookies.

NOTE: Recipe Handouts and Certificates will be given.
