First, I'm not even sure if the case is real because I can't find it on their docket.
Secondly, even if it's real, it's just a probable cause for forfeiture stating that the funds could be proceeds of drug or financial transaction fraud.
No where does it prove that the man has ever been charge for drug trafficking, tried or even convicted.
I can tell you that if he had a drug conviction, it will be very easy to find.
I have been through the US Federal court system, anyone can be charged for anything, what matters is , was the person convicted of the crime.

To ask people of Lagos state to embrace peace in the presence of the present fraudulent political structure and governance system of Nigeria that favor only the unjust 12 states and political constituencies proliferated in the 12 sharia states of northern Nigeria, is like asking for the impossible.

You, Tinubu, was among the earliest politicians from the south who decoded that the 36 states and Abuja political structure of Nigeria created by northern military dictators is a fraud, and you campaigned for years for political restructuring of Nigeria in a democratic environment.
