Summary of roles & Responsibilities:
We are a growing security systems installation and services company with projects around Lagos. Our office is based in Lekki, Ajah and we are looking for an experienced finance and administrative officer that will help us to move the business forward.

The successful candidate will be responsible for all financial and related administrative matters within our organization and will report to, and work closely with, the Administrative Director.

Administrative duties:
• Recruitment and interview of various staff vacancies
• Maintains guidelines on human resource policies and procedures.
• Maintains historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records.
• Run day to day office activities including fueling generator, liaise with complex managers
• Organize meetings and company events.
• Printing of ID card, certificates and others

Finance duties:
• Creating and Maintaining accounting systems
• Processing monthly payroll
• Preparation and management of monthly cash flow projections.
• Work with our accountants for the preparation of annual accounts

Requirements for the position:
• Bachelor’s degree in any social sciences with 3years relevant working experience.
• Must be self-motivated, adaptable, mature and resilient
• Must have excellent oral and written communication skills. Should be able to communicate effectively with top management, fellow managers, and subordinates and with the public.
