Technical Operations Manager required in Lekki, Lagos.

A growing security systems design and installation business based in Lekki, Lagos, is looking to employ an Operations Manager to coordinate and oversee the firm’s field operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing field operations/projects and leadership within a serviced based business.

The successful person will be experienced in security systems installation and project management. You will be managing both new and existing contracts in and outside Lagos.

Job Overview
• Minimum Qualification: Degree/HND
• Experience Level: Intermediate level
• Experience Length: 2-4 years
• Remunerations: Very attractive depending on experience

Job Description/Responsibilities
• Develop, implement and review operational policies and procedures
• Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate and cost-effective way.
• Manage inventory, budgets and forecasts.
• Manage day to day field operations and the team of technicians
• Ensure all projects are running optimally
• Perform quality controls and monitor projects.
• Ensure the organization’s processes remain legally compliant.
• Perform visits to sites as required.
• You should be ready to mentor your team members

Job Requirements
• Degree in related area.
• Proven work experience as Operations Manager or similar role.
• Experience budgeting and forecasting.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Leadership ability.
• Outstanding organizational skills
• Understanding of project management
• Knowledge of a security systems
• Project management qualification
